If you contact Pinnacle, request a Cloud Clarity preview or submit a Legal Tech Know-How community note, we may receive your name, organisation, contact details and the information you choose to provide.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide requested downloads, review Know-How submissions, discuss potential engagements, protect website services from abuse and manage legitimate business relationships.
The preview request process may record your first name, surname, organisation (if supplied), business email address, request timestamp, IP address and basic browser information. Personal email services may be rejected by the download gate. These records are used to provide the download, understand product interest and protect the service from misuse.
Community notes are reviewed by Pinnacle and are not published automatically. We ask contributors not to provide confidential, privileged, client-identifiable, personal or security-sensitive information. If an identifiable contribution were ever proposed for publication, permission would be sought first.
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after a visitor chooses to accept optional analytics. If accepted, it may collect aggregate usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referral source. Enquiry form content is not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. If analytics is rejected, the site remains available.
Website-submission records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide product follow-up, maintain security and meet legitimate business or legal requirements.
